Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping available upon request.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Pack the item securely and drop off at any USPS location
• Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Photos and videos will be analyzed for authenticity. AI edited or created photo/video evidence is not acceptable as proof and may result in the denial of your refund.

Will it fit my exact pedal model?

Yes. Each StompGuard is precision-cut and molded specifically for your pedal model using an in house pedal. Make sure you're selecting the correct product for your device.

Does it interfere with knobs or switches?

No. StompGuard protectors are designed to protect your footswitches and screen without blocking access to any knobs, ports, or controls.

How does the magnetic version attach?

The magnetic version uses rare earth magnets embedded in the acrylic that align perfectly on the pedal. No adhesives, no tools — snaps on and off in seconds. Disclaimer: Some initial installation of the full cover may require tools.

Will it scratch my pedal?

No. The contact surfaces are designed to sit cleanly without scratching. We recommend keeping both surfaces clean before attaching.

How do I clean it?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may scratch the acrylic surface.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Not currently, but we're expanding our lineup. Contact us if you have a specific pedal model you'd like to see covered.
